Who is it for:
This course is part of the mandatory food safety training regime for food handlers in Ireland and should be taken before starting work in a kitchen or food operation.
HACCP Food Safety Level 1 Online Course:
This certified food safety course covers the food safety skills required for food handlers at induction level (FSAI Level 1). The course may also suit food workers in small supermarkets or other low risk food service operations.

HACCP Food Safety Level 1 Certificate Exam:
On completion of all modules you will be presented with a brief examination. You must achieve a pass mark of 60% from 30 questions in order to gain certification. The 30 questions are taken randomly from a bank of 100 questions for each and every examination.
